I would love to order items and gifts and send them straight to my chosen recipient. Have them nicely gift wrapped. But with no mention of photobox in and on the gift and packaging.

The current Photobook editor is very small on screen and very controlling with it's own layouts. I want to be able to control my own layouts more by having a bigger editor on screen, perhaps a zoom fuctionality and text box size alterations as when I add in text I can't alter the size at all. The current one can be very frustrating to use when you want to edit your own layout so more freedom in the editor would be appreciated.

This constanly drives me mad that clients order photos- dont 'check the prints' and then get delivered badly cropped photos. An email and a link to a approving page would be very handy for us who have pro galleries- I have had to use other galleries but I dont want to- I want to stay with Photobox

I would love to see a members only section for professional photographers where you can provide traditional albums, frames and hig quality storybooks. Too many album companies are dissapearing and would love to see an alternative.

I found it frustrating not having much choice of layouts - to be able to choose where to put photos on the page and layouts that mean i don't have to lose the edges of photos. Also being able to move text boxes would be great.

On the photobooks, the additional sleeve... could we have different colours please?! Or even just black & White?!

I find it very pressurising trying to take advantage of your special offers as they only run for a couple of days. I ama busy mum and only get the chance to 'work' on Photobox during the evenings - these things take time, especially if I have to download images. The net result is that I tend not to bother - I think you are missing out on business as a result. If I had a week it would make it much easier and I would be more likely to spend money with you.
